I’ve experienced very similar discovery of “world of systems”. What I have biggest issue with is, how to describe/show/offer this world and tools to people which are not there yet. Explaining to someone, that people are not doing something not because they are lazy idiots, but they don’t see value behind it, nobody explained it to them, and maybe we are just doing it for sake of doing it, is something which I still didn’t find out how to do it effectively.
